Winsford Green Hub
Eco Communities are linking with local groups to help our partners bring practical ideas and shared resources to make it easier for communities to live more sustainably. We want residents across Cheshire to reduce waste, reusing what we already have, and caring for our local environment.

In Winsford we are working with Michelle Hawthorne from Green Uniform and Baby Collective, Winsford Town Council and the team at Winsford Sustainability Partners

How You Can Get Involved
We invite everybody to join us; no contribution is too small. Whether you’re a business, an individual, school, or community group, there’s something you can do to help create a sustainable, green Hoole.

Individuals
Whether you’re just starting out or already making sustainable choices, there are lots of ways to get involved. You can use the refill scheme, borrow reusable party or event kits, take part in litter picks, or recycle hard-to-recycle items like blister packs. Volunteering, spreading the word, or simply choosing reusables over single-use all helps, every action makes a difference when we do it together.

Businesses
Local businesses can play a key role in supporting a greener Hoole. You can get involved by promoting reuse and refill, reducing single-use items, supporting events with reusable kits, or working with us to explore more sustainable practices. Partnering with Hoole Green Hub is a way to show environmental responsibility while supporting the local community.

Community Groups
Schools, clubs and community organisations are warmly invited to work with Hoole Green Hub. From borrowing reusable event kits and organising litter picks to learning more about waste reduction and recycling, we can support groups to make sustainability part of everyday activities. Working together helps build shared skills, confidence and lasting positive change across the community.
